1.The characteristics of Billy are that he has some odd quirks, he loves to collect things and list things and write about all his plans for life, on the otherhand he is a typical energetic kid who is active and friendly. He has a warm expression in his face that lights up when his eager smile bursts out. He is curious about everything and accepting of everyone.
2.the characteristics of Laura are that she is a completely uninterested in the world around her, after billy's death, she becomes a terrified, she becomes suspense, she just wants to revenge to the terrorist for her brother.
3.Jehran is a character about helping reader to find little direct description,the most information that is revealed about her is through other people's comments and research,she she is the missing link between the actual murderer and the reason for Billy's murder.she is a mystery.

  • Demographics: In this book, the author wrote that the terrorists think they're good guys and believe they are changing the world, not just damaging it. And i think the author also want to tell us the discrimination in the world that cause the terrorists' existence,and she wished that this problem can be solved in the future and no more tragedy like billy's death. I think this book did a god job because when we read the story with a tense and curious mood , we can also think about the social problem at the same time. It's a very good way to remind reader or government about the discrimination in the world
